I bought one week ago of a true technological marvel: an MP3 player Meizu Mini Player M6 4GB. You're probably wondering why I am so excited to tell you about, knowing that he has been marketed since 2006 and does not constitute either a "revolution" itself?
Well, the answer begins with its features: it weighs only 55g, with a size of 79mm * 48mm * 10mm (SL version is thinner) and has a screen of 2.4 ". It plays MP3, WMV, WAV and Ogg Vorbis and Xvid format videos. It can also view photos BMP, JPEG and GIF as well as read eBooks.
But its features do not stop there: it has an FM tuner (see below), can act as a voice recorder and can record the radio. In addition, it has a range of sound settings, bass boost, or of 3D effects to improve listening in-ear headphones. Finally, there are games, calculator, calendar, etc..
In terms of its characteristics is, therefore, I would call very complete. Taking equipment provided: helmet of good quality (over a little stiff at first), safety strap, pouch and cloth to protect it. In short, nothing to envy Apple on that side. I take this opportunity to say loud and clear that the finish is excellent.
Now, let's not many opportunities avowed: if you are connected "personalization", you can completely change the appearance of menus with skins, to update the firmware to unlock the FM tuner (very often stuck in France for problems tax) or customize the language (French supported with the original firmware). For more information on this subject I recommend the excellent site Meizu Me and the French section . You will also find advice for encoding with the software provided with VirtualDub or software developed by Batman fans.
Finally, there are a few websites selling the accessories including the official Meizu "Silicon Case," a small flexible plastic cases to protect your player from shocks. She is also currently out of stock reflecting the growing interest around this MP3 video .
In conclusion, with its larger screen, an excellent finish, and a design worthy of Apple accessories, and a lower price from € 60, the Meizu Mini Player M6 really enough to overshadow the new iPod Nano.
Ps: I paid mine € 100 4GB model classic (not SL), be careful, some sites exaggerate the price. Beware of imitations on Ebay. Finally, note that the user community has Meizu on a roll ... and no, I was not paid for writing this! ;-)

Add comment out that despite what is said on the test generation MP3, the screen 2.4 "is enough to watch a movie (or more ;-)) and the display of album art is managed.
A tool by the way, a movie re-encoded for the player holds between 300 and 400 MB, and an episode of series 150 MB.
