As usual (3 times already), I suggest you download a preview (or almost) the final ISO This new version of Ubuntu ( 9.10 ): Karmic Koala.
As you probably know, the day of its release, Ubuntu in final spreads on servers, which are immediately taken by storm, making it difficult to download .
The house solution? Go check out the low demand servers, and updated quickly, or find links to torrents.
So download it here:
- NL Server (Available!)
- Via bittorrent

I am tempted to say idiotically, "WTF?")
The article you quote from yesterday ... and actually, yesterday, a lot of people thought of the daily-build was the final version ... but this was not the case.
Today, the day of the official release, the final versions are available from approximately 1:18 p.m..
The article of yesterday and yes this is not the final version but thank you even walk the qd useful info
[Ethan] The ad in the comments it starts to annoy me ... I'll eventually stop publishing the links! [/ Ethan]
I arrive too late? :-)
This time, nothing serious ... and that the download will go faster!
I confirm when it was released it was madness, not the download so there were requests that the servers could not satisfy.
She is too beautiful photo of Koala!
Yes And in addition, it is well settled in his tree ;-)
Thank you for the download links.
For this version 9.10 that I did not download it yet, is that the protocol is the USB 3.0? otherwise I expect the following:)
From this page , Ubuntu 9.10 is one of the first operating system to handle the USB 3.
Then you have three USB compatible devices, otherwise, no interest since the other devices will not work faster.
Does anyone has encountered bp with the USB 3 because its not working me? (
[Edit] Link removed. Bars PROHIBITED. [/ Ethan]
The next version comes out when?
In April, probably the 3rd week.
In fact, it's still April and October. It will be than 10.4!
I'm probably stupid but what are the advantages of using Linux?
Do any of you managed to run the usb 3? thank you.
@ Xevonaute: No question is stupid! Just this question is, say, a kind of Troll (discussed again and again) because you have to weigh the pros and cons of each OS ... and in general this question divides!
I do not even start the debate, but if you have time, put your question to Google, which will give you nearly 350,000 responses.
Otherwise, here are some pages that you can read:

Personally, I use Windows for common tasks (word processing, video, photo editing, music, ...) and Linux for all network applications, programming, etc..
